409 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 409 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 409 platform at 409.best, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use the 409 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 409 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed as the user's acceptance of those changes.
The 409 platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age and are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in your jurisdiction.
2 Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 409 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. 409 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to supply the requested documents may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 409 support team immediately at [email protected].
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 409 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any use intended to defraud, exploit system vulnerabilities, or obtain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are prohibited on the 409 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent from 409.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unauthorised benefits from promotions and bonuses.
- Using illegally obtained funds through the 409 platform or attempting to conduct money laundering via gaming activities.
- Registering under a false identity or using another person's personal information without their consent.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or criminal content through any communication channel on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and bonus balance, and legal action where applicable.
4 Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 409 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and have been obtained through lawful means.
Successful deposits that have been credited cannot be reversed unless a technical error is confirmed by 409. All withdrawal requests are subject to the required verification process before funds are released to the user's bank account. 409 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while security checks or identity verification are being carried out.
Bonuses and promotional credits credited to a user's account are subject to the rollover requirements specified in each promotion. Users are advised to read the promotion terms carefully before accepting any bonus offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must first meet the specified rollover requirements.
409 is not responsible for any additional charges levied by the user's banking institution when processing deposits or withdrawals. Such fees are entirely the user's responsibility.
5 Liability Limits & Account Policies
The 409 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, accuracy, or availability of the service at any time. 409 accepts no liability for any financial loss, data loss, or damage suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
In the event that a technical disruption results in incorrect payouts or interrupted gameplay, 409 reserves the right to rectify the error, including by voiding the relevant transactions or restoring balances to their state prior to the disruption. 409 management's decision in such matters is final.
Account Suspension & Closure
409 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
- Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Account closure requests submitted directly by the user.
If an account is closed due to a violation, 409 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the closure is at the user's own request and no violation is involved, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the required verification process.
6 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 409 platform, including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of 409 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 409.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 409 platform may engage third-party service providers such as game suppliers, payment gateways, and technical infrastructure providers. 409 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or any issues arising from the use of such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
409 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the 409 platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction in Malaysia.
